Grief Ritual - European Time Zone
A monthly practice for meeting the many personal and ecosphere losses. In the spirit of ceremony, with a deep regard for safety, we open to the regenerative and life giving capacity of grief. Attendance price $20 AUD for those in hardship please pay what you can afford or attend at no charge.

About the event
This is an online grief ritual group. With an emphasis on creating safety we combine meditative and somatic practices as well as journalling, deep listening and witnessing. Whilst I open space for the many griefs around the state of our planet and civilisation, all personal griefs are welcome here also. Whatever it is, and whatever size it is, large or small, it is all an integral part of our collective cup of grief and welcome in these rituals. Facilitated by Michael Shaw.
