About the event
This is an online grief ritual group. With an emphasis on creating safety we combine meditative and somatic practices as well as journalling, deep listening and witnessing. Whilst I open space for the many griefs around the state of our planet and civilisation, all personal griefs are welcome here also. Whatever it is, and whatever size it is, large or small, it is all an integral part of our collective cup of grief and welcome in these rituals. Facilitated by Michael Shaw, Michelle Walter and Heather Albrecht.
